It's Been A Long Time

I know it's been a while, and it's most definitely all my fault to leave y'all hanging. So let me get straight to it. Lot's of things have been going on in this world of mine but I'll save the best news for last. Yes, I'm still writing. I just haven't posted a video in a while. O wait, I take that back, I DID post a video on YouTube! It was about a month ago so make sure you go and check it out! www.youtube.com/AlabasterDiva But in other news... I had an audition with Cardiair Geezus and I got the contract to become part of his label!! Real Life Muzic! However, because I'm in the military, things were a little uncertain of how long I would be here and I've I'd be able to finish the contract. So I decided not to sign that contract for not only that reason, but because I prayed about and I didn't really feel like that's where God was leading me at the time. Don't get me wrong, poetry and music is more of my passion than anything else, but I had to listen to what God was telling me. On top of that, I'm also glad I didn't sign the contract or else I'd probably be dealing with a lot of stress right now. Why?.......because I'm PREGNANT! This is my husband and I first child and we are sooo excited! I thank God for even thinking enough of me to give us a child. So of course, be expecting a piece about this! God bless!!
